In 2021, Delta was also recognized by CDP with leadership-level ratings for its substantial contribution to climate change and water security issues and named Supplier Engagement Leader for its continuous development of a sustainable value chain.The Solutions Business Development and Product Manager will lead the technical and commercial development of integrated telecom infrastructure solutions, supporting Delta’s transformation from a product and service provider into a comprehensive solution provider. This role requires deep technical expertise in telecom and data center infrastructure, strong customer engagement skills, and ownership of solution strategy, development, and lifecycle management for AI-RAN, next-generation mobile networks, and the path toward 6G.The position will manage the telecom infrastructure product and solutions portfolio while working directly with Sales, system engineering teams, and Tier-1 mobile and cable operators to define, develop, and deliver differentiated, carrier-grade solutions. Solution Strategy and RoadmapDefine and communicate the overall Solutions vision and strategy, aligned with Delta’s business objectives for growth across telecom segmentsDevelop, maintain, and execute the Solutions roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies and industry trends to position Delta at the forefront of AI-RAN, next-generation mobile networks, and the transition toward 6GMonitor competitive landscapes, standards evolution, and operator deployment models to guide solution prioritization and investment decisions Solution Architecture and DevelopmentArchitect end-to-end telecom infrastructure solutions for NOC/MSC, cell sites, aggregation hubs, central offices (CO), and data centersDevelop reference architectures and system designs supporting AI-RAN, Cloud-RAN, Open RAN, edge computing, and GPU-dense deploymentsMaster Delta’s portfolio of telecom infrastructure products and services, including:Compute platformsPower and battery cabinetsVRLA and Li-ion batteriesRemote monitoring and management softwareThermal and cooling solutionsTranslate operator requirements (power density, redundancy, availability, latency, scalability, and environmental constraints) into engineered, carrier-grade solutionsEngage directly with Tier-1 mobile operators and cable operators to define new solutions, validate use cases, and quantify market and opportunity sizeLead the solutions development lifecycle from concept through launch, working closely with system engineers and global development teamsCollaborate with other Delta business units to address product gaps and establish external partnerships where required to deliver complete solutionsEnsure solutions meet applicable telecom and data center standards (e.g., NEBS, ETSI, IEC, Tier requirements) Solution Launch, Go-to-Market, and Lifecycle ManagementDevelop go-to-market strategies and solution launch plans, including positioning, value propositions, and target applicationsCreate and maintain world-class technical and commercial documentation, including solution briefs, reference designs, BOMs, and technical presentationsCollaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and account managers to promote and position solutions in the marketManage solutions from launch through end-of-life, including roadmap updates, feature enhancements, and portfolio optimizationSupport Sales teams with solution selection, customer presentations, training, pricing guidance, and technical sales supportPerforms additional duties and tasks as assigned.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or Solutions roles with a focus on telecom infrastructure products and solutionsStrong technical understanding of telecom infrastructure systems supporting mobile and cable networksProven experience delivering successful products or solutions in competitive telecom market environmentsProfessional selling skills, including large account management and new account developmentDemonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships with technical and business stakeholdersStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsResults-oriented, highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to adapt and thrive in Delta’s dynamic and fast-paced cultureAbility to collaborate Cross-functionally and cross-regionallyFluent in Mandarin ChinesePrior experience in Telecom power infrastrucureBenefit at Delta Electronics Americas: Life at DeltaDelta Electronics Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
