Are you looking to join a global technology department for an industry-leading financial advisory firm? Fisher Investments is looking for a motivated program manager to lead technology delivery and execution.The Opportunity:As the Senior Transformation Program Manager, you will work as the delivery lead to help execute our key technology initiatives by partnering with teams across the business and technology. You will drive day-to-day project execution by ensuring teams are aligned on requirements, design, and roadmaps to achieve delivery goals. You will report to the Vice President of Enterprise Transformation.The Day-to-Day:Manage all phases of the program or project from discovery through deployment, by driving accountability, structure and transparencyDefine program or project scope, goals, deliverables, and a value-driven roadmap in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersWork closely with the project teams to identify, understand and track key risks and issues for the program that need to be escalatedAssess the health and status of the project or program, and highlight opportunities for improvement to stakeholders and senior managementMake recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve business problems and drive execution of those solutionsAssess requirements to deliver program or project components and sub-components, which may include implementation of solution, staffing, timelines, etc.Coordinate all departments related to the program or project which may include IT, Finance, Third-party Vendors and Business UsersWork with Business Analysts and Project Managers to evaluate current business processes and requirementsIdentify and manage program and project dependenciesCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and consultantsInfluence teams to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workDevelop best practices and tools for program or project execution and managementYour Qualifications:5+ years' experience in project or program managementExperience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environmentAbility to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelinesAbility to elicit cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departmentsExperience with JIRAStrong familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
