Work You'll Do Senior Consultants in the product tech diligence team assist in evaluating technology and/or software, identifying potential risks, and helping ensure it is a successful enabler for a pending M&A transaction. They deliver complex client engagements that help refine the client's product tech's strategy with a focus on inorganic growth. This is done by conducting software diligence, divestiture support and post-merger support for clients as they assess JVs, Partnerships, Acquisitions, or potential sales.
