Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive performance and foster a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing talent, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. u2022 Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to enhance efficiency and growth. u2022 Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. u2022 Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making. u2022 Partner with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment efforts and ensure seamless onboarding processes. u2022 Administer benefits enrollment for new hires and annual open enrollment, ensuring compliance and accuracy. u2022 Lead performance management initiatives and oversee employee development programs to promote career growth. u2022 Ensure adherence to employment regulations and company policies, mitigating legal risks. u2022 Drive change management initiatives and support organizational transitions to maintain productivity and morale. u2022 Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR and business goals. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity. u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. u2022 Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across organizational levels. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. u2022 Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred. u2022 Experience in a matrixed or multi-site organization is an advantage.
