Summary: ISCE Global Supply Chain Operations team has a mission to expertly plan and execute supply chain operations that guarantee the cost-effective and timely availability of essential data center equipment, ensuring performance of Metau2019s data centers. We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Manager to help further our mission. The Global Supply Chain Manager for Silicon Foundry and OSAT will lead and support supply chain operations that enable Meta Data Center and Corporate Cabling fiber and infrastructure to be completed on schedule and to specification.This role will be responsible for driving Foundry and OSAT sourcing strategy, supplier management, and commercial negotiations, supplier selection, managing relationships, and ensuring supply chain resilience for Metau2019s custom silicon initiatives. Required Skills: Commercial Sourcing Manager - Custom Silicon/ASIC Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Silicon Foundry and OSAT, supporting Metau2019s custom silicon programs 2. Lead supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing performance management 3. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and supply agreements with foundry and OSAT partners 4. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with technical and business requirements 5. Monitor industry trends, supply risks, and market dynamics to inform sourcing decisions 6. Drive cost optimization, should cost modeling, risk mitigation, and supply assurance initiatives 7. Manage escalations, resolve issues, and ensure supplier compliance with Metau2019s standards 8. Manage long-term supply planning, optimizing capacity utilization and ensuring the attainment of business objectives through precise and timely supply communications 9. Track lead times and production schedules against the established plan, proactively addressing all deviations and mitigating risks to fulfill supply commitments 10. Proactively identify supply risks and drive manufacturing & operations improvement through vendor capability assessments and streamlining supplier processes to mitigate disruption 11. Monitor geopolitical market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities 12. Manage and cultivate supplier relationships focused on continuous performance improvement Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 13. Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management, or equivalent 14. 8+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations (forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, logistics) 15. Experience improving and managing supplier performance 16. Experience in collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve and driving solutions 17. Experience in business judgment and creating executive communication/presentations 18. Skilled in risk management (possible internal and external risks) and developing contingency plans Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 19. Masteru2019s in Business Administration or Engineering 20. Business knowledge and previous experience in Silicon Foundry, OSAT and ASIC 21.
