Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or program leadership experience in roadway maintenance, transportation operations, or infrastructure delivery. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities across programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting executive-level briefings. ICS-300 certification (or ability to obtain). Driver's license with no major infractions with the ability to pass company MVR check.Ideally, Youu2019ll Also Have: Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida or ability to obtain by reciprocity. Experience working within an Operations Center or enterprise delivery model. Familiarity with GIS systems, performance dashboards, CMMS platforms, and operations management software.
