The Maintenance Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager by providing enterprise-level oversight and strategic leadership for roadway maintenance delivery across Floridau2019s Turnpike Enterprise. The Maintenance Deputy Program Manager works on the businessu2014shaping priorities, aligning delivery across regions, monitoring performance, and ensuring that roadway maintenance programs consistently support safety, reliability, customer experience, and asset stewardship.This position serves as a critical integrator across field operations, contract management, technology, compliance, and emergency management, translating enterprise priorities into coordinated, executable maintenance programs.Your Impactu2022 Strengthen consistency and accountability across roadway maintenance programs.u2022 Ensure maintenance decisions align with enterprise priorities and customer outcomes.u2022 Improve operational clarity through coordinated planning and performance oversight.u2022 Support leadership with decision-ready analysis and completed staff work.u2022 Advance data-driven, lifecycle-focused roadway maintenance strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategyu2022 Assist the Program Manager in setting the vision, priorities, and strategic direction for roadway maintenance programs.u2022 Provide program-level oversight across multiple Operations Centers to ensure consistent delivery and escalation practices.u2022 Support the development and implementation of roadway maintenance initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.Operations Center Integrationu2022 Operate as an embedded strategic leader within the Operations Centers, supporting real-time awareness without assuming day-to-day execution responsibilities.u2022 Coordinate roadway maintenance planning and sequencing with construction, traffic operations, and emergency response activities.u2022 Serve as a point of integration between Operations Centers, the PMO, contractors, and consultants.Oversight of People, Contracts, and Deliveryu2022 Support oversight and coordination of multidisciplinary staff involved in roadway maintenance delivery, contract management, environmental compliance, technical support, and field operations.u2022 Assist with roadway maintenance contract administration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.u2022 Support procurement activities including contract development, scope refinement, and coordination with selection processes.Performance, Data, and Technologyu2022 Support the use and evolution of technology solutions such as CMMS platforms, GIS tools, and performance dashboards.u2022 Assist with oversight of work order systems and ensure data integrity across roadway maintenance programs.u2022 Analyze performance metrics and trends; contribute to executive briefings, reports, and pliance, Coordination, and Communicationu2022 Coordinate responses to public records requests related to roadway maintenance programs.u2022 Support permitting activities, plan reviews, and regulatory coordination tied to roadway assets.u2022 Assist with documentation, reporting, and communication efforts in coordination with the PMO and GEC staff.Emergency Managementu2022 Participate in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery activities related to roadway maintenance.u2022 Serve as a backup representative in emergency operations during major events.u2022 Support post-event damage assessment coordination and reporting.Bring your team-focus, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, and weu2019ll help you grow what drives you - and deliver the worldu2019s most challenging Operations Management projects, together.#OMFS #BIA #OurJacobs #BoldlyMovingForward #ChallengeAccepted Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or program leadership experience in roadway maintenance, transportation operations, or infrastructure delivery. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities across programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting executive-level briefings. ICS-300 certification (or ability to obtain). Driver's license with no major infractions with the ability to pass company MVR check.Ideally, Youu2019ll Also Have: Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida or ability to obtain by reciprocity. Experience working within an Operations Center or enterprise delivery model. Familiarity with GIS systems, performance dashboards, CMMS platforms, and operations management software.
