Configuration Management Specialist Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US Configuration Management Specialist The Opportunity: CACI is looking for a Configuration Management Specialist to join our Optical and Photonic Solutions production team in Orlando, Florida and lead the team in maintaining product configuration control. Responsibilities: u2022Assess configuration management needs in CACIu2019s production operations and lead the implement of continuous improvements in CACIu2019s configuration management processes and procedures. u2022Develop and implement training materials to facilitate compliance with CM processes. u2022Oversee change management, version control, and release management processes u2022Collaborate with, guide, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure compliant configuration management practices. u2022Conduct configuration audits and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders u2022Develop and maintain configuration management plans and documentation u2022Manage the configuration management database and ensure its accuracy u2022Ensure compliance with DoD and CACI configuration management policies and standards Qualifications: _Required:_ u2022 Proven experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive configuration management plans, procedures, and standards. u2022Strong knowledge of CM best practices and industry standards. u2022Advanced proficiency in using a variety of configuration management tools and databases. u2022Ability to work independently with limited supervision and mentor lower-level professionals. u2022Must be a US person u2022BA/BS degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. u2022Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a configuration management (CM) specialist or related role _Desired:_ u2022Advanced proficiency in Infor LN is strongly preferred. u2022Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a configuration management (CM) specialist is strongly preferred - ________________________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
