Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled End User Support Specialist to join our team in Walton Hills, Ohio. In this role, you will provide end-user technical support, troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and networks, and ensure seamless operations for our employees. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while utilizing your expertise in Office 365 administration and Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. u2022 Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. u2022 Diagnose and repair hardware problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. u2022 Assist in resolving Windows operating system errors and basic networking connectivity issues. u2022 Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference. u2022 Educate employees on effective use of Office 365 tools and security best practices. u2022 Collaborate with the IT team to address complex technical challenges and ensure prompt solutions. u2022 Perform desktop imaging and configuration to prepare workstations for deployment. u2022 Support Active Directory operations, including user account management and directory updates. u2022 Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and assist in implementing system improvements. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1u20133 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and administration. u2022 Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system and Active Directory. u2022 Solid understanding of desktop hardware and imaging processes. u2022 Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting. u2022 Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. u2022 Commitment to delivering high-quality technical support and customer service.
