This role involves both clinical and hospitalist support, patient education, and administrative duties.It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Digestive Health practice.Responsibilities Conduct physical exams and obtain detailed patient histories Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging, endoscopies) Prescribe medications under physician supervision Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Participate in quality improvement initiativesRequirements WA State Physician Assistant license required WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required ACLS, ATLS & BLS for Healthcare providers - certification by AHA required Digestive Health Experience PreferredOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy.
