Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team outside of Short Pump, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and support the sales team effectively. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance, maintaining order accuracy, and coordinating with internal departments. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and solutions. u2022 Prepare and manage quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up to secure business opportunities. u2022 Process sales orders for various products, including attachments, parts, and warranty-related items, while ensuring all customer specifications are met. u2022 Coordinate with shipping and production teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time. u2022 Assist with overdue accounts by supporting collections efforts and following up on past-due balances. u2022 Facilitate returns and exchanges by processing Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) with necessary documentation. u2022 Maintain effective communication with customers and sales representatives to address order details and delivery timelines. u2022 Monitor open orders and drop-ship items, ensuring timely processing and updating stakeholders as needed. u2022 Review and revise orders as required, ensuring updated details are accurately communicated to all relevant teams. u2022 Track shipments and containers in transit, providing updates to keep all parties informed. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a call center environment. u2022 Experience in business management software, such as NetSuite, is a plus. u2022 Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and processing orders with attention to detail. u2022 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Familiarity with order entry systems and processes is preferred. u2022 Experience with inbound and outbound call handling. u2022 Basic knowledge of product specifications and dimensions is a plus. u2022 Professionalism and a customer-focused mindset to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.
