Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis (DIA) u2013 Full-Time to join their clinical team. Responsibilities: Dialysis Registered Nurses, also referred to as nephrology nurses, specialize in the care of patients with kidney disease. u2022 Dialysis RNs help patients who undergo dialysis treatment, a process that removes toxins normally excreted by the renal system. u2022 Nurses are responsible for assessing the patients prior to dialysis treatment. u2022 Nurses are responsible for assessing frequent blood pressure, heart rate, and other symptoms to ensure that proper hemodynamics are maintained throughout the treatment. u2022 Analyze vital signs and assess the vascular access (patients can receive treatment through fistula, artificial graft, or central venous line), and obtain the patientu2019s weight to determine the necessary fluid volume to be removed. u2022 Perform hemodialysis treatments in accordance with approved facility policies and procedures. u2022 Monitor the patient during dialysis and assess any emergent changes in the patient's condition. u2022 Administer and chart all prescribed pre, intra and post dialysis medications HealthTrust Offers: u2022 Highly Competitive Compensation Packages Pay Ranges from $34-49/hr u2022 Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits u2022 401k Savings and Retirement Program u2022 Student Loan Repayment u2022 Tuition Reimbursement/Assistance Programs u2022 Identity Theft Protection discounts u2022 Auto, Home, and Life Insurance options u2022 Adoption Assistance u2022 Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) To Get Started You Will Need: u2022 Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License u2022 At least 1 year of recent Dialysis Experience u2022 Current BLS Certification Required Together with our healthcare facility partners, we ensure that healthcare professionals have the skills, tools, and support needed to fulfill their mission of delivering exceptional patient experiences.
