As a Senior Project Manager, you will: u2022 Support clients in developing and implementing reuse strategies that balance technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and long-term community needs. u2022 Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery of water reuse and reclamation projectsu2014ranging from early feasibility to full implementation. u2022 Work collaboratively with sales leaders to evaluate potential new work and support the scoping and fee development effort. u2022 Foster and enhance client relationships by serving as a reliable and trusted point of contact, consistently delivering clarity and dependability throughout complex projects. u2022 Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk with a focus on predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes. u2022 Collaborate across CDM Smith with experts in treatment, communications, conveyance, permitting, modeling, and construction services to bring holistic solutions forward. u2022 Mentor and develop emerging project managers and technical staff, helping build the next generation of water leaders. u2022 Contribute to the visibility of the firmu2019s reuse industry recognition by attending and presenting at local and national related conferences and events. u2022 Identify opportunities to expand our role in water reuse, both with existing clients and new ones who are ready to explore more resilient water supply options. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. u2022 Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
