Contract Length: 16 wks Number of Openings: 4 Start Date: 2/2 Facility Info: Ou2019Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is aspecialized skilled nursing facility certified by the Centers for Medicare andMedicaid Services under the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act long term careregulations. The Neuro-Medical Treatment Centers support adults withchronic and complex medical and/or behavioral conditions that coexist withneurocognitive disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, or severe andpersistent mental illness First 2-4 weeks will be orientation- NO RTO OR CALL OUTSWILL BE PERMITTED IN FIRST 2-4 WEEKS. Orientation Schedule is M-F 8a-4p The Psychiatric or Mental/Behavioral Health LPN isresponsible and accountable for the application of the nursing process and thedelivery of patient care in the psychiatric unit of a hospital, mentalhealth/behavioral health hospital, or they can be responsible for care incommunity settings. The LPN must demonstrate the ability to make clinicaljudgments in an effective and efficient manner with the supervision of a RegisteredNurse and in collaboration with the care team.
