Spring Up (Experienced) Location: Lenoir, NC Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience) Shift: 1st Shift Temp-to-Hire A local furniture manufacturer in the Lenoir area is looking for an experienced Spring Up worker to join their upholstery team. This is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth. Responsibilities: + Install and tie springs on upholstered furniture frames + Ensure consistent quality and meet daily production standards + Work safely and efficiently in a team environment Qualifications: + Previous Spring Up or upholstery experience required + Good attention to detail and strong work ethic + Reliable attendance and teamwork skills Pay & Growth: Pay is DOE and will be re-evaluated monthly until permanent hire. Once hired full-time, position moves to a production-based pay structure .
