We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of u201cgiving our world more smiles.u201d Visit: Job Description What Youu2019ll Do u2022 During the project phase, leads operational readiness initiatives as well as site commissioning and qualification efforts u2022 Supports reliable production through the following activities during regular operations u2022 Leads troubleshooting including acting as a process subject matter expert (SME) for their process respective area(s) u2022 Coordinates Batch Planning including process template creation and import and management of preventive maintenance plans (PMs) u2022 Recommends and performs Documentation updates u2022 Initiates and/or supports training, onboarding, and curriculum development and management u2022 Coordinates non-batch activities and creation of associated documentation for changeover, PMs, column packing u2022 Supports tech transfer u2022 Initiates or supports change management records, investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and continuous improvement (CI)activities u2022 Identifies and/or drives highly technical improvement projects in DSM u2022 Supports inspections and audits u2022 Performs other duties, as assigned Basic Requirements u2022 High school diploma with 8 years related experience OR u2022 Associateu2019s Degree with 6 years of direct experience OR u2022 BS/BA with 4 years of direct experience u2022 Equivalent military experience or training Preferred Requirements + Associates or Bacheloru2019s Degree preferably in life sciences or engineering + BioWorks or BTEC Capstone cGMP coursework preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS _PHYSICAL DEMANDS_ + Ability to discern audible cues WORKING ENVIRONMENT _PHYSICAL DEMANDS_ + Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. + Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. + Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include wrist, hands and/or fingers. + Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 lbs. _ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS_ + Will work in heights greater than 4 feet _To all agencies: Please, no phone calls or emails to any employee of FUJIFILM about this requisition.
