FTE: 0.900000 Standard Hours: 36.00 Shift: Shift 1 ShiftDetails: Work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, off Thursday, Work Friday,Saturday, Sunday followed by one week off. Holidays: A-weekend rotationholidays (work half of the holidays) Weekends: Every other weekend JobSummary: The Lead Registration Specialist plays an important role inscheduling, chart audits, and other administrative duties in addition togreeting and registering patients. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of2 years functioning as a Registration Representative in the medicalfield. Prior leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of some medicalterminology is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma orequivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION Exceptional customerservice experience; Demonstrated ability to work independently and as ateam player; Tactfulness Demonstrate willingness to adapt to change;Pleasant phone manner and voice; Able to prioritize workload whileremaining flexible Confident positive manner and appearance ProficientPC experience, MS Suite including word, outlook, data entry, and abilityto operate general office equipment including the telephone and copymachine Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives;Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail;Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, Able toprioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; Ability towork in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Ability to work withall levels of staff to define business requirements and goals, and toidentify and resolve issues; Ability to foster effective rel ationshipsand build consensus through the all levels of leadership in theorganization Knowledge and ability to work on large-scale complexprojects that include multiple strategic goals and multiple tacticaltasks; Knowledge and ability of needs, goals, deliverables andinterdependencies of other functional departments Able to keep apositive attitude and problem-solving stance in difficult circumstances,Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strongdecision-making capability, Highly resourceful team-player, with theability to be extremely effective independently; Skilled in conflict andemployee behavioral resolution.
