FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details:Days Holidays: None Weekends: None Attend Welcome Day 1 every Mondayat Woodland Prime to assist with Welcome session in AM and then teachsystem EVS orientation in the afternoon. Education background orstrong positive preceptor role; committed to ongoing development;supports EVS education at Froedtert Hospital with expansion in FY26 toCHD Position supports Environmental Services Education JobSummary: The Organizational Learning instructor is responsible fororientation curriculum and delivery of content for the environmentalservices team. Develops simulations and assessments with the assistanceof Organizational Learning (OL) team members to assure all communicationand cleanliness standards are met; supports workforce orientation. Otherduties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in an EVS housekeeper role is required or other equivalentexperiences. Experience in training would be helpful. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associatedegree preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Ability to communicateeffectively in written format and oral presentations. Ability tomulti-task and establish priorities. Ability to maintain organization ina changing environment. Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibilityand leadership. Ability to use knowledge of working environment to meetestablished goals and objectives. Proficient in the use of Windows basedoffice software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office: Wordand Excel.
