Customer Experience Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Tennessee. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. This is a Contract to permanent position where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries related to service, maintenance, and repair needs. u2022 Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch to resolve customer issues swiftly. u2022 Provide reassurance and resolve concerns to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. u2022 Accurately enter new customer accounts and update existing records in company systems. u2022 Track and organize customer and service information using spreadsheets and other administrative tools. u2022 Handle follow-up communication with customers to ensure their needs are fully addressed. u2022 Assist with general administrative tasks to support team efficiency and organization. u2022 Prioritize and manage urgent customer requests while maintaining attention to detail. u2022 Act as a brand ambassador by delivering high-quality service that fosters loyalty and trust. u2022 Utilize CRM tools and office software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Requirements u2022 At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. u2022 Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software, including Microsoft Excel. u2022 Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. u2022 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in high-pressure situations. u2022 Proven track record of providing outstanding customer support and resolving concerns effectively. u2022 Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate service operations efficiently. u2022 Experience with data entry and maintaining detailed customer records. u2022 Familiarity with billing functions in a service-oriented environment.
