Description We are looking for an experienced Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney to join our client's reputable legal team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to work primarily on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, contributing to impactful legal solutions for clients. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from initial consultation through resolution. u2022 Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents relevant to bankruptcy proceedings. u2022 Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather and analyze necessary information. u2022 Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings. u2022 Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding bankruptcy options and strategies. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with legal standards. u2022 Stay updated on bankruptcy laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance. u2022 Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable resolutions in bankruptcy cases. u2022 Manage case files and maintain detailed records of all legal activities. Requirements u2022 Must hold a valid license to practice law. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience handling consumer bankruptcy cases. u2022 Advanced knowledge of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy laws. u2022 Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation. u2022 Strong skills in conducting discovery and litigation processes. u2022 Solid understanding of civil litigation practices. u2022 Effective communication and negotiation abilities. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
