Dispatching Biller

Description We are looking for a motivated Dispatching/Billing Specialist to join our client's team In this role, you will oversee logistics operations, coordinate dispatching activities, and support sales functions in a dynamic environment. This position is Contract-to-permanent, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking career growth in a growing organization. The role does require you to work 7 am - 7 pm Thurs-Saturday. Responsibilities: u2022 Organize and oversee vehicle activities, including scheduling and monitoring operations. u2022 Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. u2022 Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and deliveries. u2022 Prepare detailed reports regarding operational performance, maintenance needs, and safety compliance. u2022 Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and timecard management. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in logistics or strong customer service expertise. u2022 Proficiency in office systems and basic computer applications. u2022 Ability to work in a male-dominated environment and stand for extended periods. u2022 Strong organizational and communication skills.
