Channel Executive Job Description: As our entry-level Channel Executive, you will lead the Sage relationship with VAR partners, assisting with pipeline management and daily account operations. To thrive in this role, you will manage a broad portfolio of partners on a one-to-many basis, delivering consistent support and communication, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to drive sales opportunities and ensure successful outcomes. This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week Key Responsibilities: u2022 Agree on mutual objectives and track partner performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. u2022 Guide the Sage partner program, campaigns, and enablement activities. u2022 Develop and share knowledge of Sage's core solutions and joint partner value proposition, including relevant Technology partner offerings. u2022Assist in maintaining strong relationships with partners by providing sales and operational support. Opportunity management: u2022Collaborate on partner sales calls where appropriate to support in selling the joint value proposition to customers. u2022Opportunity management by supporting with quoting, product information, and deal registration processes, as well as creating a rhythm to develop forecast accuracy. u2022Facilitate partner sales development opportunities with partner-led demand generation e.g., incentives. Enablement and training: u2022Assist in promoting partner enablement sessions and events. u2022Help to ensure partners are familiar with Sage's solutions and value propositions. Reporting and analytics: u2022Collect and organize partner performance data for analysis. u2022Contribute to preparing reports for internal stakeholders and partner reviews as required. Qualifications: u2022 Over 2 years of experience in channel/partner management within the SaaS industry. u2022 Deep understanding of subscription-based cloud software business models. u2022 Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives. u2022 Familiarity with accounting and CRM software, particularly the Sage product suite. u2022 Experience with enterprise software solutions and managing relationships in large, complex organizations. u2022 Comprehensive background in channel relationship management.
