Introduction As an Associate Partner in Digital HR Transformation, you will serve as a senior client-facing leader responsible for originating, selling, and delivering large-scale HR transformation programs powered by AI and advanced HR technology. You will combine deep HR functional expertise, strong executive advisory capabilities, and proven sales leadership to accelerate growth in IBMu2019s HR and Talent Transformation practice.You will lead complex pursuits, shape multi-year transformation programs, and guide clients in leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to reinvent their HR operating models. You will act as the primary HR thought leader on major engagements while partnering closely with industry, offering, and technical teams to drive revenue and expand client relationships.
