Introduction As an Associate Partner in Digital HR Transformation, you will serve as a senior client-facing leader responsible for originating, selling, and delivering large-scale HR transformation programs powered by AI and advanced HR technology. You will combine deep HR functional expertise, strong executive advisory capabilities, and proven sales leadership to accelerate growth in IBMu2019s HR and Talent Transformation practice.You will lead complex pursuits, shape multi-year transformation programs, and guide clients in leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to reinvent their HR operating models. You will act as the primary HR thought leader on major engagements while partnering closely with industry, offering, and technical teams to drive revenue and expand client relationships. Your role and responsibilities u2022 Drive sales and revenue growth by originating, qualifying, and closing complex HR transformation opportunitiesu2022 Lead deal strategy, solution shaping, and proposal development for AI-enabled HR reinvention programsu2022 Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CHROs and C-suite leadersu2022 Lead and manage HR AI transformation engagements from strategy through implementationu2022 Conduct executive-level workshops to identify strategic AI use cases and develop HR reinvention roadmapsu2022 Develop high-impact business cases demonstrating the ROI and business value of AI-driven HR solutionsu2022 Serve as the senior HR subject matter expert across HR Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Experienceu2022 Provide strategic guidance on HR operating model redesign, process optimization, and digital transformationu2022 Translate client HR strategy and business needs into technical requirements for AI, automation, and analytics solutionsu2022 Partner with technical and ecosystem teams to ensure AI solutions reflect HR best practices and comply with regulatory requirementsu2022 Support integration and architecture strategies across major HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNowu2022 Lead account growth plans and identify opportunities to expand IBMu2019s footprint within existing client accountsu2022 Represent IBM in the market through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and client advisory sessionsu2022 Mentor and develop consulting teams to strengthen HR and AI capability across the practiceThis Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
