Duties and Responsibilities: NETWORK MANAGEMENT u2022 Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Visa, Mastercard, Pulse, Interlink, and any additional card networks. u2022 Monitor and interpret network operating rules, mandates, releases, and new requirements; assist operations with requirements for implementation or compliance u2022 Manage network certifications, test cycles, and compliance timelines. u2022 Manage escalations related to Network issues, outages, or defects. PROCESSOR MANAGEMENT u2022 Participate in the management of relationships with card processors including TSYS, FIS, Fiserv, EML, and others. u2022 Partner with processors to ensure successful network setup of card products, feature enhancements, fraud tools, and digital services. BIN & BIN RANGE GOVERNANCE u2022 Own lifecycle management of all BINs and BIN ranges across product lines. u2022 Maintain the master BIN inventory including ownership, usage, tokenization eligibility, routing, and digital wallet enablement. u2022 Submit and manage network requests for BIN expansions, tokenization mapping, 3DS setup, routing changes, and portfolio migrations. u2022 Monitor and help manage BIN setup within processors, networks, risk tools, and internal systems. TOKENIZATION & DIGITAL WALLETS u2022 Oversee token BIN mapping, eligibility, and routing. u2022 Monitor and report network performance, i.e. decline trends, and provisioning issues. OPERATIONAL CONTROLS u2022 Ensure changes follow internal control standards and validation steps. u2022 Maintain documentation, workflows, and operational process maps. u2022 Support audits and regulatory exams. PROJECT & PORTFOLIO COORDINATION u2022 Lead network and processor initiatives including new products, migrations, certifications, and updates. u2022 Partner cross-functionally with internal departments. u2022 Monitor milestones and produce KPI reporting. VENDOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT u2022 Maintain strong relationships with networks and processors. u2022 Participate in business reviews and roadmap planning. u2022 Ensure network compliance with service expectations. Knowledge and Skills: u2022 Strong attention to detail u2022 Strategic thinker u2022 Ability to manage multiple complex streams u2022 Collaboration and relationship management u2022 High accountability and ownership Requirements: u2022 7+ years card issuing, card operations, or network/processor experience. u2022 In-depth knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, Pulse, Interlink, and other network rules. u2022 Experience with TSYS, FIS, Fiserv, EML, or similar processors. u2022 Strong understanding of BIN management, tokenization, and digital wallets. u2022 Knowledge of operational risk, change management, and issue management. u2022 Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED u2022 Experience in network program management or processor migrations. u2022 Experience with 3DS, EMV, fraud tools, and routing. u2022 Project leadership experience.
