Licensed Pharmacy Technician- Data Entry Overnight

Responsibilities: + Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. + Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries. + Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. + Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times. + Clarify orders as needed. Qualifications: + Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required). + Previous pharmacy experience. + Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred. + Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Moderate to advanced computer skills required. + Excellent telephone etiquette. + Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus. + High School diploma or equivalent.
