Through thoughtful design,u00a0state of the artu00a0constructionu00a0and highly engaged management, we help our community members build meaningful connections, lead vibrantu00a0livesu00a0and feelu00a0a strong senseu00a0of belonging.u00a0 u00a0 The Roleu00a0 As au00a0Dual Site Sales Specialist, you willlead the sales and leasing function atu00a0twou00a0of our 55+ Active Adult communitiesu00a0u2013 Amberlin Arrowhead and Amberlin Queen Creek.Reporting to the CommunityManager, this is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community.u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Whatu00a0Youu2019llu00a0Dou2026u00a0 + Lead theu00a0marketing,u00a0leasingu00a0and sales strategiesu00a0foru00a0two communitiesu00a0to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by providing a high-quality prospect experience including qualifying and nurturing leads, impactful tours and thoughtful follow upu00a0 + Manage sales pipelines and lead nurturing for two communities, prioritizing efforts based on leasing velocity, traffic trends, and occupancy goals.u00a0 + Maintainu00a0accurateu00a0CRM documentation for each community and provide weekly reporting highlighting traffic trends, lead sources, and opportunitiesu00a0 + Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Community Managers to align weekly leasing strategiesu00a0 + Executeu00a0and tailoru00a0outreach marketing events to generate new leads and drive traffic tou00a0eachu00a0communityu00a0 + Manage theu00a0communitiesu2019u00a0social media accounts to promote lifestyle and events at Sparrowu00a0 + Qualify prospects and conduct tours byu00a0establishingu00a0strong relationships to deeply understand their expectations and needsu00a0 + Maintain a strong understanding of local comps and Sparrowu2019s unique differentiators/value propositionu00a0 + Utilize CRM software to document and respond all leadsu00a0in a timely manneru00a0including personalized andu00a0timelyu00a0follow-up to nurture relationship and increase prospect interestu00a0 + Use YARDI tou00a0monitoru00a0apartment availability, qualify prospects and manage leasing activityu00a0 + Ensure the community meets the Companyu2019s standards for show quality by daily inspecting and communicating to the communityu2019s maintenance team membersu00a0 + Provide hospitable and high-quality service to ensure a memorable experience for allu00a0 + Prepare the office for daily leasing activities andu00a0assistu00a0in daily operations to support teamu00a0 + Achieve high community member satisfaction and retention by providing exemplary service and executing of our Lifestyle & Engagement program centered around the following pillars (Strengthen your Body,u00a0Sharpenu00a0your Mind,u00a0Shareu00a0your Gifts) including sales event set up, tear down and encouraging participation by prospects, community members and ambassadors.u00a0 + Additionalu00a0responsibilities upon Community stabilization include:u00a0 + Attending monthly planning sessions with Regional Lifestyle & Engagement Leadu00a0 + Expanded event coordination scope to include community event set up and tear down as well as sales eventsu00a0 + Responsible for organizing event supplies and onsite vendor relationsu00a0 u00a0 Qualificationsu00a0 + A high school diploma and a valid driveru2019s licenseu00a0 + Minimum of 3+ years professional salesu00a0experienceu00a0 + Experience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality preferredu00a0 + Must have reliable transportation; will coordinate Saturday coverage as a team; flexibility to work Saturdays, nights, and/or holidays whenu00a0requiredu00a0 + Experience using YARDI or other property management softwareu00a0 + Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needsu00a0and adjust quickly based on traffic trends, occupancyu00a0goalsu00a0and business needs.u00a0 + Exceptionalu00a0organizational andu00a0time management skillsu00a0 + Skilled inu00a0maintainingu00a0accurateu00a0andu00a0timelyu00a0CRM documentation, application management, and lease executionu00a0 + Proficient in Microsoft Word,u00a0Excelu00a0andu00a0Outlook;u00a0Experience in Canva preferredu00a0 + Proactive approach to outreach marketing including networking, attending events, and social media managementu00a0 + Effective communication skills with au00a0team player mindset andu00a0ability to build collaborative partnershipsu00a0 + Servant leader mindset and passionate about making a difference in otheru2019s livesu00a0 + Devoted sense of accountability and solution-orientedu00a0 + Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities;
