Thisrole blends creative design, production accuracy, and hands-on machinerywork in a fast-pacedenvironment.If you love sports, design, and working with your hands ?? this is yourlane.Key Responsibilities? Interpret customer art instructions, layouts, and specifications toensure accurate finaljersey designs? Research and develop artwork for a wide range of sports jerseysRecreate or adjust artwork using CorelDraw and/or Adobe IllustratorOperate production equipment including:o Stahls?? Hotronix Fusion Heat Presso Ioline 350 plotter/cutter? Prepare artwork for cutting, pressing, and productionMaintain accuracy and quality while working at a fast paceMove orders efficiently through each stage of productionCollaborate with team members to meet strict deadlinesCommunicate clearly in writing and verbally with internal staffManage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizationRequired Skills & Qualifications? Typing speed of 30+ WPMStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality controlExcellent customer focus and communication skills? Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressureProven ability to meet production standards for speed and qualityDemonstrated team player with a positive attitudeAbility to work quickly without compromising design qualityHigh level of creativity and problem-solvingExperience with:o CorelDraw (required or willing to learn)o Adobe Illustrator (preferred)o Microsoft Office Suiteo Heat press and vinyl cutting equipment (preferred but trainable)Why Join BTJ??
