Thisrole includes transporting clients safely and respectfully toappointments and group sessions, as well asfacilitating peer-ledsupport groupsthat promote recovery and wellness.Key Responsibilities:- Safely transport clients to and from designated locations.- Facilitate peer support groups focused on recovery, empowerment, and wellness.- Maintain accurate logs for transportation and group attendance.- Support clients in navigating behavioral health services.- Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care.Required Qualifications:- CurrentPeer Support Certification(Arizona)- ValidArizona Fingerprint Clearance Card- Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)- Valid driver's license and clean driving history- Eithera currentBHT Certificationora minimum of4 consecutive years of experienceworking as a BHT- Experience in behavioral health or peer support preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentialityCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive hourly wage- Paid time and fees for required annual trainings- Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)- Supportive and collaborative team environmentAs part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workenvironment, Sanctuary Recovery Centers conducts background checks anddrug screenings for all potential employees.
