Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our detail-oriented services team in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on managing trademark-related matters, both domestically and internationally, and requires strong organizational and legal skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of handling complex intellectual property processes with precision. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the filing and prosecution of U.S. and international trademark applications, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. u2022 Coordinate electronic filings and manage the complete lifecycle of trademark applications. u2022 Collaborate with foreign legal counsel to handle international trademark filings and meet country-specific formalities. u2022 Maintain and update trademark docket systems, while working with attorneys to plan and meet critical deadlines. u2022 Assist in domestic and international infringement cases by collecting evidence and creating tracking reports. u2022 Draft, review, and process assignment documents, ensuring adherence to global notarization and legalization standards. u2022 Perform research using trademark databases and online resources to gather essential information. u2022 Prepare and distribute client updates regarding regulatory developments and communications from foreign counsel. u2022 Communicate with clients to ensure timely submissions, compliance, and completion of post-registration requirements.
