We're looking for aCare Team Specialist (CTS) to join our collaborative, patient-centeredclinic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting bothclinical and administrative workflows to ensure high-quality care and asmooth patient experience. Daily responsibilities include roomingpatients, taking vital signs, collecting medical histories, preparingfor visits, and assisting with exams and procedures. You'll also managetest results based on protocols, support Epic in-basket and MyChartworkflows, return patient calls, and help coordinate ongoing care. Thisposition works closely with nurses and medical providers to support theoverall management of patient care. Qualified candidates must havecompleted training as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN), Paramedic, or EMT from an accredited program.
