Position Overview We are seeking a skilledand detail-oriented Finish Carpenter who is also experienced in drywallinstallation, taping, texturing, and painting. The ideal candidate is awell-rounded tradesperson who takes pride in precision work and canhandle the finishing phases of restoration projects with minimalsupervision. Key Responsibilities Perform finish carpentry tasksincluding trim, baseboards, doors, windows, and cabinetry installation.Repair, replace, and install drywall, tape, mud, sand, and texturesurfaces. Apply primer and paint to walls, ceilings, and trim with aprofessional finish. Restore and match existing finishes to pre-losscondition. Collaborate with project managers and other technicians tocomplete jobs efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and safework environment at all times. Communicate professionally withhomeowners and insurance representatives. Follow all company safety andquality standards. Qualifications - Extensive previous experience isnecessary. - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. - Ability toread and interpret drawings or work orders. - Valid driver's license. -Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments (occupiedhomes, construction sites, etc.). OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: Effective written and oral communications. Ability totravel locally within the state of Wisconsin. Ability to regularly lift50-100+ pounds (with Team Assistance) Ability to squat, climb, push,pull, carry over head, throughout workday. Ability to (crawl insmall/confined spaces) Qualification: Extensive previous experience isnecessary. Strong attention to details and craftmanship. Ability to readand interpret drawings or work orders. Valid Driver's License withclean driving records.
