As we prepare for our next phase of growth-includingIPO readiness-we are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of TotalRewards to lead and scale our global compensation and benefits strategy.This is a pivotal role, responsible for maturing our rewards governance,partnering closely with our Compensation Committee, and driving keyinitiatives like EU Pay Transparency and Workday Advanced Compensationimplementation. The right candidate will combine strategic clarity,operational excellence, and clear communication to support a complex,global workforce. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... Inyour first 6-12 months, you will: Lead Compensation Committeepreparation: Partner with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership toprepare materials, advise on compensation recommendations, and executepost-meeting actions Own EU Pay Transparency strategy: Drivereadiness, analysis, and implementation in partnership with Legal andregional stakeholders Lay groundwork to implement Workday AdvancedCompensation, ensuring system requirements align with business needs anddrive manager self-service at scale Work with our Senior BenefitManager to implement a new Benefit Broker and technology solutions tosupport Benefits Admin Longer-term responsibilities include: Scaleand evolve our global compensation and benefits strategy to supportCribl's growth and IPO-readiness Design and manage equitable,competitive compensation structures-comprising cash, equity, and bonusprograms-anchored in global market data and internal equity Maintainand refine job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensationgovernance Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and PeopleBusiness Partners to deliver competitive offers and total rewardsstrategies aligned with Cribl's compensation philosophy Lead andmentor a growing team across compensation and benefits functions,including strategic integration of global benefits into Total Rewards We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones -you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standardworking hours If You've Got It - We Want It 8+ years in TotalRewards leadership, with deep expertise in compensation design,governance, and global scaling Experience supporting CompensationCommittees and executive compensation processes Proven track recordof executing at both strategic and operational levels, includingbuilding programs, owning systems (e.g., Workday Advanced Comp), anddriving compliance Strong business orientation: framesrecommendations in terms of risk, scalability, and busin To view thefull job description please use the link below.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:bQ
