Why You'll Love This Role We are looking for an ambitiousSenior Technical Program Manager who puts customers first and willthrive at the intersection of security, compliance , and programexecution. In this role, you'll partner with product, engineering andGRC teams to operationalize federal compliance initiatives, managecross-functional security programs, and ensure business alignment withframeworks like FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 and privacy regulations. This is asolutions-oriented role that also requires being the connective tissuebetween compliance, engineering, and business objectives- supportingsecure-by-design principles, risk reporting, continuous complianceefforts and clear communication to program stakeholders. Youwill be a key contributor to the success of the Product and Engineeringteams and focus on the governance enablement within engineering. Thisrole reports to the Principal Technical Program Manager for Compliance.As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... Drive and supportcompliance-aligned initiatives across product and engineering teams,including the tracking of control health & ownership, evidencemanagement and assessment readiness for ProdEng Translate compliancerequirements into actionable engineering stories, epics or acceptancecriteria Partner with leads in product and engineering to embedsecurity requirements into workflows Collaborate closely with otherleaders to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and achievecompany-wide goals. Maintain dashboards or metrics for engineeringcontrol maturity, open vulnerabilities and readiness actions Facilitate readiness reviews and prep sessions ahead of externalassessments to ensure alignment between Product and Engineeringartifacts and compliance narratives Identify areas where automationor tooling could improve execution Regularly communicate status,blockers and key risks We are a remote-first company and work happensacross many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally performduties outside your standard working hours If You've Got It - We WantIt Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems orrelated discipline (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years ofexperience in technical program management or information security Experience collaborating on complex programs or solutions that spandifferent groups within an organization Strong verbal and writtenskills as well as the ability to present to all levels in anorganization Experience influencing engineering teams in thedevelopment of systems, solutions, and products.
