And you're up for the challenge.u00a0In addition, you will:- Clean and prepare the construction site for work, remove debris and possible hazards.- Assist the tradesman to be able to complete their skilled task more effectively.- Read and understand a customer detail plan- Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner- Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.)- Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to fieldwork.- Review peer work product- Other duties as assignedQualificationsu00a0About You:- You have a Valid Drivers License (Class A CDL is extremely desired)- You have previous construction and/or construction industry experience- Must have experience as an equipment operator, concrete, asphalt patching, setting form boards- You have a professional presentation by speech and in appearance- Ability to communicate fluently with all staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers- Ability to operate machinery such as backhoes, mini excavators, and skid steers- Ability to read blueprints- Ability to communicate fluently with Project Manager and other employees- Practice safe working procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations- Ability to learn from various instruction methods, as well as self-study- Ability to read and understand general job related documentsCompensation of $28-$35, depending on the experienceu00a0Hard work pays off.
