JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is seeking an Identity and Access Management(IAM) Engineer for a 12 month contract position with a client located inFranklin, WI. This position is Hybrid onsite. Summary: We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM)Engineer to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with keybusiness units, developers, vendors, and security engineers to helpshape and advance the organization's Client Identity and AccessManagement (CIAM) program. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor architecting, supporting, and continuously improving allidentity-related capabilities within the CIAM environment while ensuringsecure, scalable, and seamless user experiences. Responsibilities:Collaborate with key business units, developers, vendors, and securityengineers to design and deliver CIAM solutions aligned with businessobjectives. Design, develop, and implement CIAM solutions that integratewith third-party software and on-premises infrastructure. Manage andmaintain CIAM Identity Provider (IDP) tools such as Okta, Ping, orequivalent platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Utilize orchestration tools such as PingOne DaVinci or Transmit SecurityFlexID to automate and streamline identity workflows. Implement andmanage identity proofing processes to ensure secure user authenticationand verification. Design solutions with high availability, scalability,and a seamless end-user experience in mind. Conduct impact analysis,analyze data, and create work effort estimates for new features,enhancements, and defect remediation. Implement, manage, and supportidentity technologies including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-FactorAuthentication (MFA), FIDO authentication, Privileged Access Management(PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration. Apply strong knowledgeof identity protocols and standards including OpenID Connect (OIDC),OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, and SCIM. Support CIAM infrastructureupgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities. Develop andmaintain comprehensive documentation such as architecture diagrams,implementation plans, and operational procedures. Lead and participatein automation and continuous process improvement initiatives. EnsureCIAM solutions comply with industry standards, security best practices,and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorshipto junior team members. Engage in cross-team communication to drivealignment and effective collaboration. Qualifications: Proven experiencedesigning, developing, and implementing CIAM solutions across diversesystems and platforms.
