KPMG is currently seeking aProgram manager, Employee Experience Platform to join our Talent &Culture organization.Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery ofQualtrics-based surveys including planning, execution, and optimizationby defining program scope, objectives, and success metrics; deliveradvanced surveys, workflows, dashboards, and automations withinQualtrics XM-EX (including Engagement, Lifecycle, and 360), whileensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards Oversee andmaintain governance over the HR brand, managing demand and developing aprioritized roadmap of deliverables Partner with HR, IT, and businessleaders to ensure survey initiatives align with organizational goals,while regularly updating senior leadership on program status, risks, andoutcomes Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that trackengagement and program impact Identify and implement opportunities forautomation and integration with HR systems such as Workday andServiceNow, while establishing governance frameworks and best practicesfor effective survey lifecycle management Act with integrity,professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG'srespectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum fiveyears of recent experience in program management within HR Tech orrelated domain Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity in HR, business or five years of relevant work is preferred.PMP or Agile and Qualtrics certifications is preferred Minimum of a highschool diploma or GED is required.
