This job will be performed inoffice. Summary This role supports the Wealth Advisory -Retirement PlanService team on a national level. They handle client service mattersthrough timely and efficient communication, processing of clientpaperwork and client requests while following best practices as outlinedby Wealth Advisory leadership. They are open to feedback and learningopportunities and have an overall understanding of and compliance withWealth Advisory operations, policies and procedures. This role isprimarily an internal facing position - however, there will be instanceswhere communication with clients and fund administrators will be needed.External Client Service: Prepare & process new account paperwork forretirement plan clients (qualified retirement plans, SEP-IRA's,SIMPLE-IRA's, and solo 401(k) plans using various record keepers andcustodians. Manage and resolve routine client questions and servicerequests. Assist with fund change processes. Demonstrate proactiveownership of other client service tasks. Internal Client Service: Ensureclient paperwork is in good order and work with operations to timelycorrect any paperwork not in good order Work with the RPS WealthAdvisors to support the internal operational needs of advisory servicesTrack retirement plan establishment and appropriate documents and saveto files and firm's platforms Use Tamarac CRM and record keeperwebsites to enter and retrieve tasks Keep accurate and up to date noteson active tasks. Respond to general inquiries concerning departmentalactivities and operations by relating or referring to establishedpolicies and procedures. Complete Laserfiche filing of client servicedocuments as required. Act as Peer Advisors for new CSC team members.Experience 2 years of experience required, preferably in the financialinvestment industry.
