The Director of Quantitative Modelingleads the development of critical credit risk and behavioral models thatinform key business and regulatory decisions. This role partners closelywith Credit Risk Analytics to strengthen model governance, accuracy, andimpact across the bank. It offers the opportunity to shapeenterprise-wide risk insights while developing and mentoring ahigh-performing quantitative team. Key Accountabilities Lead the design,development, documentation, and validation of complex quantitativemodels, including CECL, stress testing, PD, LGD, and EAD. Manage andmentor a team of quantitative professionals to deliver high-qualitymodels and analyses. Ensure models meet regulatory expectations andinternal governance standards. Partner with Credit Risk, Finance,Marketing, and Model Risk Management on modeling municate complex analytical concepts clearly to technical andnon-technical stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in modelingmethodologies, tools, and processes. Education & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Applied Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, orActuarial Science. 4+ years of experience in a quantitative oranalytics-focused role. 2+ years of hands-on experience developing,validating, and documenting complex statistical models. PreferredMaster's degree in Applied Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, orActuarial Science. Experience with credit risk, CECL, stress testing, orregulatory modeling in financial services. Prior people leadership orteam lead experience.
