Duties andResponsibilties of Job: Work Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Shift:Department: LS-SC-DNN1FA Facility Services MK Hiring Manager: TJ ReversThis information is for internals only. Please do not share outside ofthe organization. Your Role: In this role, you will be responsible forindependently completing assigned work orders (P.M. tasks) andcorrective and preventive maintenance of equipment, facilities, andother utility systems upon successful completion of required trainingcurriculum. This position requires flexibility to work a variety ofshifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and call-in).Essential Job Functions: Identify unsafe work conditions, completesafety reports, and follow all safety rules and regulations. Utilizesthe Management of Change Process and Non-Conformance Report for changes. Read and write clear work instructions, procedures, anddrawings/schematics. Install climate control systems, refrigerationunits, and beverage equipment. Observing and testing newly installedsystems, as well as troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures. Maintaining stock levels. Replacing worn seals, outer shells, andworn-out motors. Assist with process improvement. Operate handtools, power tools, basic shop tools (grinder, drill press, sandblaster, band saw, etc.), and forklift/man lift. Utilize hoists,rigging equipment, as well as troubleshoot and repair packagingequipment. Utilize precision measuring, electrical testing,calibration, and recovery equipment. Reference NEC code book and NFPAto update files and paperwork thoroughly and meticulously. Readgauges, understand units of measure, and identify parts needed for arepair. Guide and direct contractors and other technicians incompleting work. Participate with department audits and work withengineering department. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED 5+ years' experience in industrialrefrigeration HVAC certification Preferred Qualifications: Braising and soldering skills. Knowledge of local building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics. Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills. Effective communicationand interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weatherconditions. Ability to lift heavy equipment. Excellentorganizational skills and follows good documentation practices. PayRange for this position: $33-$56/hour The offer range represents theanticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for thisposition. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factorssuch as location, level of experience, education, skills, and otherjob-related factors.
