JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITALfacility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: 6:30am - 3pm working Monday-Friday, noweekends or holidays Job Summary: Under the direction of Supply ChainLeadership, ensures maintenance of the health care delivery systemthrough the critical process of supply and equipment ordering, receipt,distribution, point of use preparation and maintenance of associatedinventories. Acting as a liaison, coordinates and provides high levelsof service to internal and external customers to assure continuedavailability of supplies and equipment required for patient care. Otherduties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: One year of supply chain,healthcare, or relevant work experience is required. In lieu ofexperience, a post high school degree is acceptable. Previous experienceas a Supply Chain Technician or experience in procedural environmentpreferred. Healthcare experience preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: HighSchool diploma or equivalent is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing needs duringstressful situations. Ability to read, write and complete requireddocumentation. Able to complete basic arithmetic calculations. Abilityto interact well with others and provide high levels of customerservice. Critical thinking and problem solving skills, along with theability to make decisions that directly affect patient care. Ability towork independently with minimal supervision. Able to use equipmentcommonly associated with supply chain, i.e., pallet jacks and wheeledhand carts, and IT equipment such as RF devices, computers, printers andcopy machines.
