Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our Crowe Consulting Data and Analytics team as a Business Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning client business strategies with the Crowe data and analytics solutions. In addition to managing the delivery of our current offerings, this position will also focus on understanding our client's strategic value drivers, and identifying metrics and analytics that provide valuable business insights to help them achieve their objectives. This role will help lead client data management (people, process, and technology), engage directly with client functional business and technical leadership, help lead and execute complex data projects, communicate across multiple stakeholder groups, and help lead change within a client organization.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to determine what drives their business, understand their business strategy and objectives to identify how we can support their goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data initiativesAnalyze source systems and to understand if current data sets will support client goals and objectives, and make recommendations to close the gaps where misalignment existsAnalyze data sets to understand what insights can be achieved to best inform business decisions and strategiesDevelop and maintain strong internal team relationships, proactively providing thought leadershipWork closely with internal teams to design and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights to clientsTrack team assignments and deliverables to ensure project goals and expectations are met Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively providing thought leadershipCommunicate expectations to clients and team throughoutIdentify opportunities to introduce additional Crowe solution areas to clients, leveraging your understanding of their business needs and objectives.Other responsibilities include helping to deliver client value across our core offerings:Data Strategy RoadmapData Lake & Analytics Build-outAI Readiness AssessmentsData Quality and ManagementData Governance and QualityCrowe Clearview Analytics ongoing supportQualificationsMaster's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.8+ Years of Business Analysis experience5+ years of Consulting experience5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligenceFamiliarity in budgeting and forecasting.Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.Experience in a specific industry is a plus.Willing to travel, likely around 30%.Data Strategy RoadmapsWe uncover key business objectives, understand what drives the business forward.
