Registered Nurse (RN) -- Full-TimeShifts: 7:00 AM -- 7:30 PM & 7:00 PM -- 7:30 AMPay Range: $28.00 -- $50.00 per hourSign-On Bonus: $2,500------------------------------------------------------------------------ OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care across diverse settings, including assisted living, hospice care, and medical-surgical units. The ideal candidate is committed to patient well-being and thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.------------------------------------------------------------------------ Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.- Assist with airway management and ventilate patients when necessary.- Perform phlebotomy tasks for blood draws and lab tests.- Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report changes.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems.- Support patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.- Participate in hospice care initiatives for patients with terminal illnesses.- Provide care for pediatric patients when required.------------------------------------------------------------------------ Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years' experience in long-term care facilities.- Active RN license in the state of practice.- Proficiency with electronic health record systems.- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.- Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
