Estimator / Scheduler / Operator

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated print estimator, production scheduler, and machine operator for a growing facility in Saint Paul, MN. This role is ideal for someone with a strong printing background who will support estimating, job setup, machine operation, and mailing production while working closely with internal teams and vendors. Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $28 $40/hr., depending on experience Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday Friday Benefits of the estimator / scheduler / operator: Medical Dental and vision insurance Flexible spending account Life insurance Critical, disability, and accident insurance Responsibilities of the estimator / scheduler / operator: Prepare accurate print job estimates and revise quotes as needed Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Schedule and set up print jobs for efficient production Operate high-speed copiers, duplicators, and finishing equipment Run cutters, collators, folders, stitchers, and envelope inserting machines Assemble daily mailings and coordinate bulk mail delivery Maintain production records, print files, and material inventory Requirements of the estimator / scheduler / operator: 5+ years of printing experience Background in estimating, scheduling, and job setup Knowledge of digital, offset, and large-format printing Comfortable with print estimating software and Microsoft Excel Strong math, organization, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment Additional information: Apply today To learn more about this estimator / scheduler / operator position, please contact Leanne at 763-220-7052.
