Summary The Customer Experience Insights Analyst delivers analytical support and actionable insights across the organization, focusing on survey, financial, operational, workforce, and other business data. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards (Power BI, Qualtrics, etc.), ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business decision-making. The role also analyzes structured and unstructured data from surveys, financial reports, operational metrics, workforce statistics, and other sources to provide actional, accurate insights. This position will support our Technology Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: u2022 Dallas, TX u2022 Las Vegas, NV u2022 Atlanta, GA Essential Duties & Responsibilities Data Analysis & Interpretation u2022 Trusted data interpreter, data modeler and creator of data visualizations. u2022 Transform data and visualizations into meaningful insights which can be used to assist in decision making. u2022 Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across business functions. u2022 Conduct deep dives into data to uncover root causes of business challenges and recommend solutions. u2022 Share results and insights professionally, independently and in a timely manner. Data Visualization & Reporting u2022 Works with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements. u2022 Collaborates with business units to understand key metrics, pain points, and goals translating them into scalable BI solutions. u2022 Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and other tools. u2022 Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable visualizations for stakeholders. u2022 Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, accurate, and tailored to business needs. Data Management u2022 Develop and manage data pipelines to support reporting and analytics, ensuring data is collected, cleansed, and integrated from multiple sources. u2022 Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to maintain data flow, connectivity, and backend support for analytics infrastructure. u2022 Review survey questions annually and revise as needed. u2022 Review dimensional data including line of business definitions, regional assignments, HR hierarchy, etc., for relevancy and support data mapping to enable contiguous reporting on trends. u2022 Design, build and maintain data pipelines to support existing and/or new dashboards and reporting using Microsoft tools, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint in accordance with Freeman IT business processes for access. Business Collaboration u2022 Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights that support strategic objectives. u2022 Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. u2022 Support data governance, best practices, and internal adoption of analytics tools across departments. Methodology & Process Improvement u2022 Review and improve data collection methods, survey designs, and reporting processes to align with evolving business needs. u2022 Recommend enhancements to analytics workflows, automation opportunities, and data quality standards. Project & Task Management u2022 Maintain accurate project lists and provide transparent reporting to leadership on progress, productivity, and blockers. u2022 Independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Additional Responsibilities u2022 Stay informed of relevant research, analysis, and best practices in analytics and data visualization. u2022 Represent the Customer Data & Insights team in cross-functional forums and collaborate with other analytics teams. u2022 Perform other duties as assigned to support the organizationu2019s analytics goals. Education & Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science). Masteru2019s degree preferred. u2022 Experience in customer experience or marketing analytics is strongly preferred. u2022 Certifications in Power BI, Salesforce, or data analytics a plus. u2022 3u20135 years of experience in analytics, research, or insights roles. u2022 Hands-on experience with large datasets, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and statistical or experimental design. u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), survey platforms (Qualtrics, InMoment), and data architecture / modeling. u2022 Coding skills (SQL, Python, R) are usually listed as preferred rather than mandatory.
