This philosophy, the CoreFirst Way, has guided thebank well for sixty (60) years and sets us apart from competitors.Position Description:Loan Servicing RepresentativeReports To:Loan Servicing ManagerDepartment:Loan ServicingSupervises:NoneClassification:Full-time, Non-ExemptHours:Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, other hours and days asneededLocation:Headquarters3035 SW Topeka Blvd.Topeka, KS 66611Role:Performs a variety of duties related to the servicing and administrationof loans.Apply:Functions & Responsibilities:Review daily exception reportsProcess Paid FilesPerform maintenance on both consumer and commercial loansCalculate and process payoffsPost transactions to loans and general ledger accountsService participation loansSBA reportingCredit Bureau maintenanceFile NSI/UCCsAnswer phones to assist both internal and external customersSend correspondence as neededFund all loan transaction types for processing departments onto thebanks core systemBalance GL accounts for loansFile lien documents with the appropriate state and countyTrack titles and collateral documentation for lien perfectionUnderstanding of loan collateral and perfection requirementsAdditional Responsibilities:Servicing of Real Estate Loans that will include the following:Investor reporting and servicingEscrow analysis/Paying real estate taxes and property insurancePMI reportingMonitoring and processing insurance claimsPlease note this description is not designed to cover or contain acomprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities thatare required of the employee for this job. Work requires courtesy and friendliness inproviding assistance and exchanging factual information.
