Position Description: CGI Federal is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Lead (SME). This role is responsible for the successful development, implementation, schedule, and cost performance of a major program or multiple programs, in accordance with call order requirements and policies. The Technical Director will serve as the official point of contact with Government representatives and lead all technical and operational aspects of this Federal program. Your future duties and responsibilities: u2022 Manage all teams comprising this Federal program. u2022 Oversee one or more projects or programs and supervise professional and technical personnel. u2022 Train and supervise personnel across disciplines. u2022 Manage all phases of the program budget and financial performance. u2022 Perform analysis for call order reviews using various software tools. u2022 Develop and implement Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. u2022 Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of staff. u2022 Assign staff and provide technical direction to complete tasks. u2022 Monitor call orders, subcontracts, and funding; prepare financial forecasts. u2022 Develop and deliver required reports including call order, departmental, project, and financial reports. u2022 Assess risk, identify business threats, and evaluate security programs to create a security operations strategy. u2022 Utilize the NIST Risk Management Framework to manage information security incidents and reduce system/data risks. u2022 Maintain collaborative relationships with government teams to conduct cybersecurity operations. u2022 Create standard operating procedures with government personnel to enhance security operations and compliance. u2022 Deploy best security practices in coordination with government departments following cybersecurity assessments. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: u2022 Bacheloru2019s or advanced degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. u2022 10+ years of experience in IT project management, technical leadership, or cybersecurity operations. u2022 Proven experience managing large-scale federal programs and multidisciplinary teams. u2022 Strong understanding of NIST RMF and federal cybersecurity compliance frameworks. u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and communicate with government stakeholders. u2022 Experience in budget management, forecasting, and reporting. u2022 Active TS/SCI clearance. u2022 US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government contract. #CGIFederalJob #LI-DD1 Skills: + Information Security Mgmt What you can expect from us: Together, as owners, letu2019s turn meaningful insights into action.
