Experience Required:Experience working in the golf shop at a private or semi-private club.Well organized with an understanding of point-of-sale systems and tee sheet software.Extensive experience in customer service with great people skills.Extensive experience with Golf Genius Software (Tournament and Golf Shop)Working knowledge of TagmarshalWell Versed in Golf Rules and USGA GHINExtensive experience with JONAS POS systemEssential Responsibilities:Process customer reservations for guests of the golf courseProvides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in processArranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directedCollects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trainedIssues receipts for guest purchasesTakes messages for staff or guestsAssists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations suppliesAssists in reconciliation of accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the dayPerform related duties as assigned by supervisor or managerManages and operates an Association Play DayBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision plans available per company policy401K per company policyUniformsDaily Employee LunchPractice and playing privileges
