This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and completing projects assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Strategy & Innovation Officer (SIO) that align with the organization's strategic priorities from all service lines at CUHCC. This position will also assist with the development and implementation of key initiatives, processes, and workflows to effectively engage and to accomplish goals and meet expectations across all areas within the organization. Core projects will focus on 1) operational and logistical changes before and during construction of a new building, moving logistics, and operational changes and stabilization in the new building; and 2) care delivery projects. Reporting Relationships: This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer Job Responsibilities: This position works closely with senior leaders and other administrators to determine project suitability; this includes analyzing alignment with CUHCC's strategic priorities, determining project feasibility and sustainability, as well as identifying project benefits (e.g., quality of patient care and clinical outcomes). This role is responsible for developing project framework including work plan, timeline, deliverables, budget, outcomes/metrics, assessment tools, communication, and sustainability plans. The Project Manager works closely with key staff members, leaders and administrators. Essential Functions: Position overview and functions may change as position develops. Project Management: (80%) Conducts project review and creates detailed reports for executive staff Coordinates and plans projects as assigned by COO and SIO while working collaboratively with the management team to ensure that the structure and resources are aligned for projects & initiatives completion and success. Designs risk mitigation plan Meets with individuals and teams to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Delegates project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Meets budgetary objectives and makes adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Closes projects and archives relevant documentation Other job duties as assigned: (20%) Assists with community and on-site events planning & preparation as needed. Prepares Purchasing cards and Purchase Order forms, as needed. Manages parking passes, and cell phones' tracking, as needed. Support the schedule and preparations for clinic tours and site visits, as needed . Qualifications All required qualifications must be included in the application materials Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, health administration, organizational development, social or behavioral services or a closely related field or a combination of related education and work experience to equal at least four years Minimum of one year experience with project management Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Preferred Qualifications: Experience working at a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) or other community-based health care setting. Certification in Project Management Familiarity with SmartSheet software High level verbal and written communication skills. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Culturally aware competent.
