Leading the end-to-end customer journey, as a trustedadvisor, the Lead ATS will develop a Cloud Software Group (CSG)technology roadmap to achieve customer's business and IT goals,identify opportunities that increase value creation, provide technicalexpertise that informs and impacts sales execution, develop valuepropositions essential to increased customer consumption and adoption,and utilizing a superior customer focus to facilitate ongoingpartnership and customer retention. As a Lead ATS you will seek to forgenew & innovative technology solutions that can be implemented andadopted to solve complex business problems for some of the largestorganizations in the world. Primary Duties/Responsibilities Bilingual inFrench and English to support US and Canadian customers. Developstrategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers,technical stakeholders, and decision-makers, typically at senior levelsacross the customer's organization. Fully integrate with customers,maintaining essential relationships across all levels through regularand consistent communication. Possess a comprehensive understanding ofcustomers' highly dynamic and constantly changing environments andcreate strategic plans that align with customers' future goals. Providetechnical thought leadership and articulate industry trends andinsights, serving as a trusted technology advisor both internally andexternally. Orchestrate technical engagement and resources to ensurecustomer needs are met, navigating a landscape filled with varioustechnologies and compatibility factors.
