FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: 1st shift 8 amto 4:30 with a flexible start time and an on-call rotation. ShiftDetails: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: Works with other members ofthe Spiritual Services staff to provide spiritual care to patients,visitors and the health care staff of Froedtert Health. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: At least one year of chaplaincy experience is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Completion of an undergraduate degree(Bachelor's) from a college, university, or theological schoolaccredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation(CHEA). A graduate-level (Master's) theological degree from a college,university or theological school accredited by a member of the CHEA.Certification as a Chaplain by one of the four certifying bodies may beaccepted in lieu of graduate-level degree. A graduate-level (Master's)theological degree from a college, university or theological schoolaccredited by a member of the CHEA is preferred. TRAINING DESCRIPTION:Satisfactory completion of four units of Clinical Pastoral Educationaccredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE),the National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC), or itsequivalent. Documentation of current endorsement or of good standing inaccordance with the requirements of his/her own faith/spiritualtradition is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Ecclesiasticalendorsement by a faith group is preferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:Certification as a Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) in with theAssociation of Professional Chaplains, the National Association ofCatholic Chaplains, Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains orSpiritual Care Association within three years of hire.
