FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: TheManager provides strategic and daily operational leadership for CardiacCath (CL), Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR) orMCS/ECMO/Transport procedural areas in the South Region of the healthsystem. This individual must be able to apply principles of leadershipand human relations in the overall leadership of their area(s) andcoordination of patient care and personnel for a 24/7 procedural area.This role ensures high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care inalignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. TheManager collaborates closely with multidisciplinary leaders and medicalstaff to advance clinical excellence, operational performance and teamengagement across their designated procedural area(s). EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in clinicaland operational leadership within a procedural area (e.g.Cath/EP/IR/ECMO/MCS/Transport including leadership responsibilities.Demonstrated expertise in operations, regulatory compliance, and teamdevelopment within CL, EP, IR or ECMO/MCS/Transport. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health Science, HealthAdministration, or a related healthcare field is required. A combinationof relevant clinical experience and leadership background may beconsidered in lieu of degree requirements. Master's degree Nursing,Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related clinical discipline ispreferred. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Clinical training or experience relatedCL, EP, IR or ECMO/MCS/Transport is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLSDESCRIPTION: Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal,analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively leadcross-functional teams and manage performance in a highly matrixedhealthcare environment. Proficiency with office technology, electronichealth records, and technology in the specific procedural area. Abilityto travel between multiple clinical sites within the South Region asneeded. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Current state of Wisconsin RegisteredNurse license, or ARRT registered. If ARRT registered must have currentState of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer, plus 1 of the followingappropriate to procedural area: RCES or RCIS or Advanced certificationthrough ARRT in ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV or ARRT-VI. For ECMO/MCS/TransportDepartment: Requires ECMO Specialist Certification/Training or CertifiedClinical Perfusionist, or graduate of a Commission on Accreditation ofRespiratory Care (CoARC) accredited School for Respiratory care if not anurse. Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHAapproved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
